Recycled Elephant Pooh Wins Green Business Award

Summary
Brooklyn, NY Company sells 100% handmade journals, stationery, office supplies and various grades of paper made partially from Sri Lankan elephant dung. In the paper there are no toxic chemicals used in the paper-making process, only basic bonding agents such as alum and rosin, along with water soluble salt dyes for coloring. This idea it made from Mr. Ellie Pooh This product it made the Co-op America’s 2008 Green Business Leader Award winner, he think to the prevent elephant it just not in Sri Lankan but around the world.



Personal Response
I think the idea to prevent the elephant by use its elephant dung made the paper, it’s a good idea. This idea useful to reduce to cut the tree to make the paper. Mr. Ellie Pooh should to esteem the person who is dedicating oneself for the environments, I think it unless the people who are care and do it real like him. The Green Business Leader Award befits give to him.
