Summary
Nowadays business owners realize that they should make environmentally friendly practices become their business policies not just their personal habits. Instead of stimulating customer to react on environmental issue, they themselves create policies of what to produce and how to produce products which friendly to the environment. An example can be seen as the use of wind energy in Great Lakes area for generating electrical power. Another example is Pascale engineering program aiming to produce durable products from lighter weight materials. It helps to cut the cost of shipping.
Personal response
This is a good theory, but it is unaffordable for all regions around the world. As we can see wind energy can be produced in only in windy areas. It is not suitable to have wind energy generating in Thailand. I suggest that solar cell would be the better choice in Thailand. This project seems idealistically excellent. However, it can not be guaranteed if it would be worth it under the management of Thai business. And it requires a great amount of investments.
