This company can buys waste from the public. The clients of this compan can choose the choice of including an additive in bags that will spur decomposition when the bag is put in appropriate conditions such as when exposed to soil and bacteria but it depends on the waste condition.

Personnal Response
I think it's good for the public because this company takes many wastes for recycling very efficiently. So we don't have to worry our wastes that will make badly our environment. And this company have choices for customers to recycle their wastes.
